If you are new to meditation and would like assistance and support in starting your practice, I can help you. These sessions are also helpful if you’ve been meditating for a while but would like to deepen your practice. We’ll discover the challenges and barriers that hinder you in meditation, then experiment with techniques to help you meditate peacefully, comfortably, and more deeply.
